365 FAIL

It’s almost embarrassing how well I can abandon a 365 project. I really did want to do it. I still do. The reality is, though, that I’ve got a full time day job. It’s all well and good to start doing this project in the early days of the new year, when there’s no work and plenty of promise, but continuing it can be so frustrating! I originally began the project because I wanted to make sure that I was taking pictures of everything, and getting even more comfortable with my camera. I’ve got a ton of pictures, and I’ve been practicing my retouching, but I haven’t had the time to take a daily picture and add the necessary tags.  I will, however, continue to post my random photos of the day (albeit not everyday).

I’ll keep shooting regularly. No worries.

A friend of mine bought me a little hyacinth plant for my birthday last April. I replanted it shortly after, with my grandmother. I swear I killed it, but couldn’t bear to actually throw it out. Little did I know, this plant was not about to give up. It’s completely come back to life, and smells amazing! Thanks, Christina!
